Water is everywhere. 3/4 of our planet is made up of water and so is our bodies. It is one of the the most natural things on this planet. No fat, calories, sodium, sugar or carbohydrates. But it tastes like crap. So bitter it tastes. But nothing else is truly as healthy. Or is it.
And so the quest continues to find something that is as equally nutritious as water but tastes 10 times better. However no such thing exists, or does it? Well there is always colas. But caffine is bad for you. 200 to 300mg a day is ok according to this.

But more than that causes a lot of things. Like for example:

It states "Aspartame is linked to leukemia and lymphoma in new landmark study on humans"
All artificial sweeteners are bad infact. Well most are anyway. When I went to costco somebody told me that Stevia is good for you. Because it does not metabolize in the body and flushes right out. Not sure if I believe that or not. But most sweeteners are bad for you as stated above. Even splenda is bad for you. It causes migraines in some people. And increases sugar cravings in others.
